Hayden Funny Farm: Happy Birthday Ryver!

O my big boy Ryver. I can't believe you are 4 years old. Where has time gone! You still are very independent and somewhat stubborn. That's okay though. You still can't stand to be to dirty, especially your hands. You surprise me everyday with your new vocabulary. You haven't embarrassed me yet! Your favorite cartoons are Curious George and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. You love when Dad makes Frito Casserole. One of your big things lately is playing Candy land every night and going on a "sidewalk" on your bike. You have a great imagination and play well by yourself, although you are excited to have a new baby sister or brother in the house. You have been persistent with wanting a new brother, so time will tell. You are also growing in the gospel, and love to sing primary songs. Your favorite is Scripture Power. We love you Ryver and wouldn't change anything about you.

Ryver couldn't decide if he wanted a Mickey Mouse cake or a Mater cake. So he actually got both. I made and took Mickey Mouse cupcakes to Keli's house and he got the Mater cake for his birthday cake. This was by far the funnest one yet.

This is the raw beginning of my famous Mater cake. I have to say the only thing that I did was make the cake, cut the cake, and frost the cake. Scott did all the decorating down to Mater's teeth! It pays to have married a mechanic, a very detailed mechanic at that! I truly think Scott had more fun than I did.

If you can't tell with all the pictures I've posted, I'm pretty proud of this cake. Thanks to Scott for being our mechanic and helping with the minor and major details. Dawn came over for moral support. Thanks to both Scott and Dawn.
