Meditating?

I'm really not quite sure what Ryver was doing here. I asked what he was doing and I couldn't quite understand what he was trying to tell me. I asked if he was meditating and he said yes. It looks like it right! After he meditated he danced for me. I do have to explain the hat as well.  He hit and hurt is head at Keli's house. It was bruised and did look sore. He thinks if he wears a stocking cap that it will help. He wore this hat to bed and everywhere for almost 3 days, I kid you not. Funny kid.
