I took Ryver, Maggy, and Payge sledding one day to Jefferson County Lake. What a fun time we had. Ryver and Payge never hesitated a second going down and having fun. Maggy was a bit more cautious and preferred her bum as the sled. She did go with Ryver once on a very small ant hill. She was content to make snow angels. I was surprised Ryver didn't complain more. He marched right up those hills like it was nothing, and came right down on the sled with and without Payge. He didn't even mind when he got a face full of fresh powder. He only complained when we were walking back to the car saying his legs were tired. Payge pretty much told him to buck up and stop whining. "You climbed that hill how many times and you can't walk back to the car." It was classis. Thanks Dawn for letting me take you girl's for my hired hands!
