For the last 16 months Ryver has been going to speech therapy. It stared out with him not saying a word to the therapist, and then by the end we couldn't get him to shut his mouth. When we first started going there Mackenzie, (his speech therapist) told me we needed to work on volume control. She said he was talking too quiet and needed to use his voice more. Towards the end we were having to tell him to use his quiet voice. He has made leaps and bounds with his vocabulary and with saying the complete word, from beginning to ending. Wahoo!!! Congrats Ryver, we now have our Monday morning free! Ryver does still ask if we get to go to Kenzie's house. I tell him maybe for a quick visit. Thank you to Mackenzie for helping Ryver find his voice and his words.
