My sister Misty from Oregon came down for the week so we all got together and went swimming in Lava Hot Springs. It brought back sooo many memories. As a kid we actually had a season pass as a family and went 2-3 days a week at least. They have new and improved slides that were way fun. We even got Grandma (my Mom) to go down them! The cousins had lots of fun playing together and we all got a little too much sun. It always takes one bad sunburn for me to remind me about sunscreen. When will I learn!
Ryver was a total fish. He loved the little kid slide and was so mad when he couldn't go with Logan on the big over the road slides! Portia is our other fish! She just loves playing with her cousins and is getting better at swimming. She loved the slides but wasn't quite brave enough to go down the "really scary" slides yet. She told me the next time we go to Lava she will go down them.
That was my Mom going down the slide! Yes she even got her hair wet! Way to go Grandma!
