Cub Scout Bird Houses :)

For Cub Scouts, my favorite, we built bird houses from kits. Let's just say we are probably not going to do that again. Scott practiced the night before so he could help me out. They are very very tiny nails and weak and wimply wood. Scott was a trooper and thanks so much to him we built 4 the next night. I mean he helped the boys build them!


Ryver loved to be the big helper. He went and found his own hammer and helped "build" our model bird house. He wanted to make it for Grandma Sherry. Once it was all said and done he didn't want to give it up.


Ryver got to paint his birdhouse before the big Cub Scout boys came. Sad to say he painted better and with less mess than the 8 and 9 year old boys. But lets all remember Ryver is a CLEAN FREAK!
